Healthy products power balance for sale.The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals today rejected the Winklevoss' twins effort to undo a settlement that had ended scorched-earth litigation with archenemy Facebook.

"For whatever reason, they now want to back out. Like the district court, we see no basis for allowing them to do so," Kozinski said. "At some point, litigation must come to an end. That point has now been reached."

Judges J. Clifford Wallace and Barry Silverman also were on the panel that heard oral arguments in January.

The suit stems from the ConnectU founders' claims that Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg stole the idea for the wildly popular site when they were all students at Harvard.
